The way the Binder works:

You put your book pages in the Clamp on the left and you put your book cover on the Nipper on the right. Press a button and the binder moves the pages/spine across a Notcher that notches the spine. Then the pages/spine go across the Glue pot and a roller applies hot glue to the pages/spine. Finally the pages are carried to the Nipper where the Nipper pushes the cover up onto the spine and squares the cover edges of the book. It’s all automatic.
